More signs of a bottom approaching in the patch stocks. The EIA STEO released today is a BEAR, as well Simmons released a very bearish report a week ago or so. Hopefully the RIGS reduction accelerates and the economy recovers soon. I did crunch the numbers a bit on HDD's, last Winter season HDD was only slightly higher than a normal WInter even though it was more than the previous two Winters by a far shot. It seems the death nell for the patch in 98 was the very mild 97/98 Winter.
