Since we're assuming the person asking the questions has any knowledge of the facts, having recently come out of Ice Station Zebra hibernation, maybe you'll answer these interrogatories, and state the basis of your knowledge:

1. Did TP make a SKYM call before Christmas 1998?
2. If so, which TP analyst made the call and on what basis?

Were you working for Trading Places at the time of the SKYM call?
