Yes I did,

It seems that the PR was ambiguous. I sent several emails to IR and the best response I got was no floor.

After several phone calls to MIR this morning they apologized for the mess and advised me that the conversion is fixed as follows:

Holders may convert their notes into 131.9888 shares of our common stock for each $1,000 principal amount of notes

There is definately a floor.
