I wouldn't be as harsh as you but I think there could be a lot of good coming out of Starboard's activism.

Management and the current board are happy just collecting never ending stock and selling at current market value. They are the only ones profiteering.
This company has to walk a fine line between bringing products to the marketplace and producing new products for the future in a very competitive, almost ever changing space.
