To all - my conclusion re : WSJ article / Interstate Bakeries bankruptcy / the Atkins diet -- It was reassuring to see that one cannot assume that the Atkins diet will destroy any and all businesses that sell carbohydrates. It seems clear that Interstate Bakeries was doomed by a confluence of several events and decisions. Jon.
