Worth your while checking out ECMV, incredible hidden jewel, news tomorrow.

ECMV, formally Perfumania. Spun off Perfumania.com stores (now trading under the symbol EDV). ECMV still has the Perfumania brick and mortar stores (about 280 stores), which generate $200 million in sales. Same store sales have been in the double digits for 16 straight months. March sales should reported tomorrow. They are planning on IPO'ing the brick and mortar stores shortly (according to recent press release). ECMV is becoming an internet incubator company, and has already made several acquisitions.

Here's the kicker. ECMV only has about 9.2 million shares outstanding. They still own 2 million shares of EDV, 500K of that is reserved for a $9 option for the investment banker which will generate $4.5 million when excercised. That leaves 1.5 million shares left. EDV is selling for $73 right now, which makes their 1.5 million shares worth $109.5 million (add the $4.5 million in and that makes their total $114 million). That gives them a cash equivalent of $12.4 per share (based on 9.2 million shares outstanding).

They already have something like $40 million in cash from the Perfumania.com IPO, so just on cash and cash equivalents, they've got over $15/share. Throw in a successful brick and mortar IPO, and they'll probably have well over $20/share in cash and stock.

ECMV is selling for $4 7/8. What a steal.
