Mine's similar but a little different. When I have access to the app store I don't get diverted to the app store like in the video. I only see the issue if I cannot access the app store. Then I get the message "Open this page in "App Store"? and I get no further.

edit. Ok I went to Settings->Cellular. For App Store I turned Use Cellular Data for [app store] on.

Now it acts EXACTLY like the video.

edit2. Went to redit like the video and I'm not seeing it. Only SI.
