Putin the one? Trust but confirm. This was the policy on Russia in the past and it should be used when investing in Russia. Putin has made great strides with his cabinet appointments but has yet along way to go. One of his latest appointies has stated some very exciting comment about the strategy that may be employed to start Russia on the path to economic prosperity. He has made statement that one might expect form the libertarian party convention. It is exciting to see these new views coming from a country with such great resources and potential. If anyone reads TGL (the Gartmen Letter) you will find some interesting commentary on TRF and possibilities in Russia.
