somebody started selling very hard Tuesday. Maybe that was Willow Holdings?

I was thinking about the scheme of attaining reporting status by doing a reverse merger into a reporting shell. One reason I can see that the NASD might choose not to recognize this as a legitimate way of becoming reporting is that there is nothing to stop a co. from repeating this scheme every year, or even every quarter, merging with one shell after another. This would allow them to never report what the real operating company is actually doing. If BB companies were allowed to defeat the intention of the new listing requirements and thereby retain their listing by pulling this trick, a lot of them would want to try it.
