Not according to the definition as set forth in the Merriam Webster Dictionary: mo-nop-o-ly: 1: exclusive ownership (as through command of supply) 2: a commodity controlled by one party 3:one that has a monopoly. I think we can agree that MVIS indeed has: 1) exclusive ownership, 2) a commodity (ie VRD) controlled by one party, and therefore is, 3) one that has a monopoly. Jan
