IMHO, that kind of divergence is sign of manipulation. A real exhaustive bottom should have a divergence the other way around: with $NDX being dumped more severely than $COMPX at the bottom. This bounce is about as weak as bounces get; I'm not willing to risk more than 1/3 long.
