Glenn ... thanks for the kind words. Of course the paradox I find is that the more sound and intelligent the investing strategy, the greater the deterioration in results !.

As for Amazon, I heard an analyst say that one of the main reasons for its success was that it had a great Web site and that anyone who used it once would always use it again. Personally, I was always looking for a good reason to short this one and almost did when it lost its AOL position to Barnes and Noble. I don't know what it will take to bring these stocks down, but IMHO I think they are too dangerous to short and a real gamblers play because they don't depend on fundamentals.
