You nailed it, very well said!!!

Also, tort reform, this could eliminate unnecessary frivolous medical testing just to avoid a malpractice litigation... that would also reduce costs at the front line... and of course significantly reduce the absurdly high cost of malpractice insurance which is way over the top...

Of course, liberals in office are mostly lawyers and not businessmen and women, so they're not going to cut out that kind of litigation business for their brethren...
