Bill Clinton is mixing his metaphors; is that a sign?

"Glitches in the road"--maybe he meant to say, "Potholes in the computer.":

VANCOUVER, Nov 23 (Reuters) - The International Monetary
Fund (IMF) should lead any initiative to buoy turbulent capital
markets in Asia, U.S. President Bill Clinton and Canadian Prime
Minister Jean Chretien said on Sunday.
But the leaders added that developed countries also had a
role in boosting confidence in the region's finances.
"I think this a time for confidence in the future of Asia
and confidence in the future of our relationship," Clinton told
a news conference after a bilateral meeting with Chretien at
the annual meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation
(APEC) forum.
"We have a few little glitches in the road here and we're
working through them," Clinton said.
