I spoke with the Mgr at IR. And LZ if your out their you asked from the yahoo board... 1.) Look for business in Ereader mkt around christmas time. To be big business. 2.) They want to build up manufacturing to lead up to other licensing models. (Currently they are manufacturing with Foxcon in Tiawan.) They are very happy with their business models. 3.) They are working with Nok on highend Chipset market. Dont know when it will be out but is in process. 4.) Very positive on Mirasol they expect it to be huge. 5.) I asked about the lawsuit with Smartbook AG where theyre saying we cant use that name. It is only in Germany that we cant use the name Smartbook. Smartbook went to the EU to get us to stop but the EU denied them and rejected it. So only 1 country wont let us use the name so their is an injunction there. 6.) They did up their unit guidance and rev guidance and to them they did beat the street. 7.) They will only forecast their total device number and give a full range forcast from now on like the 625M users they mentioned that is all based on the info they get from the co's they deal with. 8.) I asked about the lawsuit with Gabriel technology over Snaptrack. Basically he said Gabriels council is withdrawing from the documents i sent him. But always is putting out amendments to file. So far no one is taking them seriously. How can you have a co that is worth only a couple million fight against a multi billion co. 9.) They have alot of cash in offshore investments that can be used in ventures they are working on. 10.) They are always looking at new aquisitions. 11.) He said think about the GSM users thats 5 Billion that will have to switch over someday. Whether WCDMA or CDMA or 4G that is road technology is taking.
