Larry, I don't think there was an intentional attempt to hide the fact that two of the patients were in remission when they entered the study. In fact, the Oct 17th press release stated: " the remaining two patients entered the initial three-month study in remission and remained in remission during the post-study follow-up." It is possible that the Oct 17th press release was so poorly worded because they didn't want to alarm investors about the death, but I don't think there is any reason to believe they were trying to hide the fact that two of the patients were in remission when they entered the study.
