Susie, my friend, please don't feel that I was running you down for any decisions you've made regarding your kids. No way am I a better parent than you, or anyone for that matter. We all have tough times and we all have strengths as parents..weaknesses too. I am way too hard on my kids. It could come back to haunt me...I've been working, somewhat unsuccessfully, on allowing them their mistakes without intervening...I yell alot too..that's bad. Doesn't work...makes them louder. I've discovered that when I whisper they listen much better. It could be that they are freaked since it's so unlike me<gg> I think each side of the "ship or not to ship" kids off is valid. I was just stating my insecurity when it comes to being away from or missing anything. You're a great mommy..I know that. Your kids are lucky lucky! :) Silver hair eh? That sounds coolio! have a great evening..you deserve it!
