Ken--Haven't got any info that would help. We need to see the figures. And since I'm technologically WAY out of date, I don't have a sound card, but WHOOOPS, these last few days have been dramatic, I'm thinking of USRX, who did an audio thing for their Big Announcement (and it REALLY WAS). But getting back to the point, whatever it may have been, I can imagine all this hasn't done much for your spread (though I'd call it a combination; and by the way, don't the transaction fees kill you?) but have heart, tomorrow is another day. Not so sure it's margins: remember the rebates and the September interest payment on the convertible debentures. Janice
