I have been doing the Eckerd and other rebates in recent years, as well. It is amazing what you can get for free in this country, if you're willing to put a little time into it. I did a couple of those test-drive-a-car deals, one for 10K frequent flyer miles and one for a $50 REI gift certificate. It gets to the point sometimes that I feel guilty. Kroger occasionally extends its coupon doubling to $1.00 coupons (from the usual limit of 50&#162 coupons) for a few days. Harris Teeter has had a few triple coupon weekends lately. Those can be bonanzas for cheapskates like me. -g- Tom
