just bought CBLT -- From BBRS "We are initiating coverage of Cobalt with a Buy rating and a price target of $50, as we believe the company has already branded itself as the dominant Internet solution for car dealers and manufacturers"

Bear Stearns also gives it a buy.

Currently trading barely above IPO price.
