European Perspective on our Markets, The Fed, LTCM

I read the European press whenever I get a chance. In fact, I consider the financial coverage of the globe to be better than the WSJ, NY Times etc... The following is very typical. I thought some might find it interesting because the foreign perspective isn't written about as often as it should be in the US papers. They are free to criticize us in ways the domestic press may be less willing to.
