If I had to bet, I'd say it doesn't happen either. The pubs will probably lose the presidency, but if they pull a stunt like that they'll also like give the Dems a fillibuster proof majority in Clowngress, too. Frankly I don't think Bush has the stomach for it at this point. Not too mention that our military is stretched far too thin to handle it, it would be a fiasco (not that that's stopped Bushcheney before, mind you).
