Ah yes Robert, the 'profound' restructuring. Oh, I fondly remember the 'old days', before the laws of gravity where repealed. Unfortunately I also remember my conversations with the Japanese in 1989 and they were almost, but not quite, as sure of themselves as you are -- albeit they were not smart enough to be 65% cash -- I a am sending this note strictly in the spirit of a good natured 'jab' at how easy it is to be blinded by our own propaganda, not to take a shot at you per se.
