This board has been quiet for too long... Hopefully there will be more attention paid to this stock soon. The decision on the Army contract should happen in the coming weeks. Once the news is out (good or bad) the stock should begin to appreciate as it should. Currently the stock is up to 7 3/4 and looks as if the rally might have begun to happen. At this price it is above its 10-day and 90-day moving averages for the first time in about a month. Go FATS!
