An open letter to the thread and especially 'Bill Wexler' "billwexler," I have no doubt you'd prefer not to be accountable for the methods and practices you've used both publicly and privately. But it's not so easy to wiggle off the hook by merely making a "declaration" of noninterest and moving on. I know OJ wanted to move on with his life after the civil trial and I'm sure Asensio wants to end the court battles with HEB, but when you do things such as you have done, don't expect the victims to let you off the hook. YOU solicited investors. YOU put REFR in front of hedge funds. YOU have made blatant, slanderous and false statements and with the short interest up another 100K this month I highly doubt you and the hedge funds you front have covered 1 share. So where are those 3M SAGE windows made with EC technology? You know the one you told us would prevent SPD from every seeing the light of day. ND
