I don't see why the Kurds who were forced out of their homes not too long ago should not be allowed back in. What kind of a message would that send? That if you force people out then it is wrong for them to claim their homes back? Turkey is being stupid here. If they are afraid of their Kurdish uprising, then they should treat them better so the Kurds will want to stay. Even an independent Iraqi Kurdistan will have every reason to be friendly with the rest of Iraq because they are landlocked and need the rest of the country.
