Once spending gets ramped up for 5G, Nokia is going to start receiving all these contracts from the likes of Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. The market has priced in nothing here. After a stock goes through a vicious bear like Nokia has, the Market (Big BoyZ) adopts a wait and see and show me the money attitude. "They" can wait and see while I position myself for the ramp up to new all time highs.
