I actually like LDK solar also, I was in it and sold a week ago but waiting for the dust to clear to buy again. Goldman started coverage with a sell which is interesting (that they would start coverage), what that means to me is they are going to accumulate. For the record I think there was "fraud" there, I just don't think much that is called fraud these days (in business) really is fraud.

Barrons ran a story on this fraud and the worst they could come up with is that misstated inventory used as collateral for loans would cause loans to be pulled. You've got to be kidding. No revenue hit just loans against inventory. The SEC has caused all this hysteria over these grey accounting rules and now everybody thinks every company is another enron. Shortly firms won't even bother to list in NY, they will go right to HK and that will be IT.
