I'd take advantage of a squeeze, too, if I had reason to think that one would occur.

What I genuinely wonder--I don't know the answer to this--is whether, if a company deliberately invokes a squeeze, doing so constitutes illegal market manipulation.

In this particular case, I'd say: If Sylver is, as the article reported him to be doing, "orchestrating a "short squeeze", he is at the very least, in my opinion, acting in violation of the 2 October court order.
