Live2sail, are you referring to the bay area market or to all markets in general ? Its my impression that the Carson Valley market is already weakening at the upper end but that this is due to over-building more than exogenous factors. By comparison next door in the Tahoe basin over-building doesn't seem to be the issue, probably due to governmental restrictions to growth over the past 25+ years. My guess is that it is more likely to be affected by adverse stock market conditions.
