Hello thread, I had an unusual job assignment the past month or so that had me essentially metaphysically or at least in essence contractually unable to even check in .... glad that is done with. -g- I should be around a fair bit the next week at least and am always willing to entertain questions that I probably can not answer and ruminate about topics that are above my "pay grade" -g- I really do appreciate your lawyerly like observation of "May" as well as the comment you highlighted. Audits of the Federal Reserve Board and Federal reserve banks may not include My only adage is that Central Banking is best left to the Central Bankers...... John
