Tom, great news. Sometimes I think that we are a cat with nine lives and have used at least 7 or 8 of them already. I for one am excited to hear about the new partners. IMHO one of the things that has been missing is a larger management team that can back each other up and work on several issues at a time, as opposed to the past situation where clearly you, Mike and Dave had difficulty juggling so many balls in the air and good opportunities were missed. This is not just my observation but also that of more than one of your customers that I have spoken with. We know the dilution has to come for the stock swap and a reverse is an absolute necessity so hit us with it as soon as those details are ready. Also, as you can, fill us in on stock swap % details, new company name (I hope), Management positions (are Dan and Lorne in the picture), forecasted revenues for ECC, RAVE status, and any other information you can share.
