KCMike, Welcome aboard the ITKG ship !! Your timing is excellent (IMO). I have confirmed that ITKG has completed the Form 10 and should be filing it within days. I will confirm the exact date next week and am very pleased that our company has worked so hard preparing this document. I also understand that the CEO has been travelling across the country these past several weeks and I am anxious to learn who he visited and why. I will call next week and request some answers. For now, I am pleased about the Form 10 and request you continue to exercise patience with your ITKG stock. These current prices are a great level for accumulation (IMO). Warm Regards, Chief
