"What else is there in the x86 business? How many buyers actually care about on-die L2?

There are rumors of SMP Athlon at ceBit.

How Many Buyers? I would guess....Plenty. In every comparison article that I've seen comparing Athlon to PIII, it gets mentioned along with the 6th vs. 7th generation cores, as the main differences between the chips.

Forgive me if this sounds rude, but your contention of "What else is there in the x86 business?, doesn't measure up to the the other posts that I've been reading from you the past several months I've been here as a "Lurker"

And, whether or not "Buyers Actually Care", still doesn't change the fact that AMD has not "Delivered beyond their promises During the last few months" as you claim.

Rumors in the SemiConductor Industry are a dime a dozen, as I'm sure you well know. :-)
