Scott, it was stated in the previous article about the Wi-LAN suit: OFDM was adopted by the international standards body IEEE earlier this year as the standard for next-generation high-speed wireless networking, a standard known as 802.11a

If Wi-LAN wins the suit than it would appear anybody developing 802.11a chips would owe them royalties. Where does this leave ISIL and their 11a plans? Do they put them on hold until the suit is decided?

TIA
Marshall
