Echo, Glad to see you have put together this deal! . What kind of split are we talking here? How much of the new merged enterprise will be owned by the old ECC shareholders and how much will be owned by the existing TMm shareholders? . What is the "worth" of ECC? I've seen the number $12M mentioned for equipment... encumbered with how much debt? . Colin
