A Private Company Going Public by Buying a Public Company? Has this happened before? Does anyone have a similar precedent example of this happening? It is certainly bizzare and quite intriguing. I guess the key is finding out the value of the medical company. I suppose if the medical company goes our stock could be worth something someday right? Am I on track here?
