What he fails to understand is that casinos consider card counting akin to cheating, because it gives the player an "unfair advantage" against the house.
And well, Mr. Shitforbrains apparently can't count and act distracted at the same time. And now he is whining because he got caught.
He should consider himself lucky he made it back home without incident!

It surprises me that someone who is apparently a decent enough counter is stupid enough to draw so much more attention to himself by filing a frivolous, baseless lawsuit against a well known, established casino.

He'll never play another hand in a traditional casino again.
After this, he'll probably even get his picture distributed to all the Reservation casinos too.
