If the reaction around the table was a enthusiastic as this write up suggests, the FDA might well give a "subject to post approval studies" approval.
Was safety raised as a major issue in the staff docs?

(I have some DVAX, not enough to damage my balance sheet, but enough to play heck with my daily P&L.)
