Albert: You are correct. My understanding is that the infrastructure would need upgrading at least for the following:- a) splitter for the analog/digital signals. b) routing and high-speed digital backbone from the local office to an ISP for data access. c) routing to another service provider of digital video for VOD service. and I don't know what else ...?
