PLCO, PLCOP or PLCOW?

Which is the better buy? The P or the W are obviously better deals than PLCO, but which one depends on the price of PLCO. Your return on the P = (PLCO*6)/PLCOP. Your return on the W = [(PLCO*6)-5]/PLCOW. (I consider the $5 conversion cost as a fee, not an investment) At the closing prices, of $2.44 for the P and .49 for the W, the crossover point is about $1.04. If you think PLCO will be over $1.04 at some point after 12/29, PLCOW gives you a higher return. If you think you won't be able to sell PLCO for $1.04 after 12/29, stick to the P.

So are you here for the company or are you here strictly for the arbitrage? Investors may want to lock up some PLCO too to support the price. After all, you can think of PLCOP being worth 6 times the price of PLCO, or you can think of PLCO being worth only one sixth as much as PLCOP.
