Ashok, are you saying that you were able to subscribe but then not get on or that you were unable to complete the subscription process due to busies?

AOL registration uses 800 number only to get local access number. Then thge software redials local access for the main part of the sign-up process.

Imagine folks unable to even subscribe! That turns AOL's expensive marketing into a deadly negative. Sort of like sending a missile that turns around and hits the source instead of the target.
