You have a great idea. Why should what works be at odds to ATHM's interests? You are suggesting a way that would encourage avid build-up in demand and a willingness to pay for the system's construction. A rising tide raises all boats. Exclusion won't raise the tide but slowly. ATHM needs a flood, but T alone can't make God cry. That takes the devotion of many.
