EMPLOYEES
We have no employees. Our company is basically a holding company (formed in Georgia) that owns or has rights to certain proprietary products and operates our business through another company with our same name, Ingen Technologies, Inc., a Nevada company. As of May 31, 2005, Ingen Technologies, Inc., the Nevada company, has one full time employee, Mr. Scott R. Sand, our CEO, Founder and Chairman.

Ingen Technologies Inc. in Calimesa announced Nov. 4 its filing of a 2005 audited 10-K financial statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Ingen is making its first filings with the commission as required for listing on Nasdaq's Over-The-Counter-Bulletin-Board exchange. The company's 2004 audited annual financial report and a report for the quarter ended Aug. 31, 2005 will be filed next week, Scott Sand, Ingen's chief executive officer and chairman, said Nov. 8.
The 24-employee firm is six months from hiring locally as it pursues various facility and product expansion ideas, Sand said.
Ingen sells balance therapy systems that help neurologists, chiropractors and doctors treat patients suffering from vertigo and other balance disorders.
Ingen is scouting Riverside, Ontario and San Bernardino International Airport for manufacturing space for two new products, patent-pending OxyView and patented OxyAlert. OxyView is a pneumatic device that monitors the flow of oxygen. OxyAlert is a digital low-gas warning system for pressurized gas cylinders.
Ingen plans to move into the nutriceuticals market and is considering the Calimesa/Yucaipa area for facilities in which to grow plants for its Pure Produce venture. Meanwhile the company is considering acquiring the technological assets of InfraredMed Inc. and may determine an asking price by month's end, Sand said.
