It this consistent with rising unemployment? Watch for privately generated economic reports coming in the next days. By the way, I am reading repeats of stories from years ago about copper thieves tearing apart electrical boxes and wire deliveries from construction sites. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought such stories had at least paused for a while.
