Renesas is second to Rambus in the RDIMM RCDs at 6400 MT/s \| RMBS Message Board Posts (investorvillage.com) This was close, but Rambus got here first: New 7200 MT/s RCD Supports Ambitious Server Roadmap - Rambus Also, if you click on the link of the press release, you'll see that Rambus' announcement here said "available today." News \| RMBS Message Board Posts (investorvillage.com) I can't find any Renesas blog or press release where they say that they're at least sampling DDR5 RCDs at 7200 MT/s. They've announced client clock drivers (CKDs) at that speed, but that's at speeds at or above 6400 MT/s. And we're not there yet. But we're not at 7200 MT/s for server RCDs yet either - but it's very good to see Rambus leading the pack for the lucrative and fast moving data center market.
