Well bring them on Buddy. I have nothing to hide, unlike your past encounters where the SEC nipped your behind for being less than forthright. Now I see you post your disclaimer, even when you are picking your nose.

But you go for it, Buddy. Right now you are just yapping like a little Chihuahua with your tail caught in the door.

And you get how much for all of this again? Goodness, the stock was has reversed 4:1 and is now verging on, what is it, just double the pre-split price? Do you get a bonus if you drive it below it's pre-split price? You are surely off to a good start here boosting shareholder value. This is sure to look great on your future résumé.

Maybe better to get on with answering the rest of those questions now Buddy. That is what you are paid for isn't it?

Btw, what is the corporate structure of all of these companies? Where is it now that XCLU fits in here?
