Todd: At first I was unable to load the software. Than I was unable to complete the subscrition process because local access lines were busy. Subsequently, I was able to get on line to subscribe at 2:00 in the morning. Imagine, if I can get on line only at weird hours. I can sign on with my ISP at any time I want to at $12 a month for unlimited use. AOL is not for me. Ashok
