All you guys can do is keep putting the facts about Zicam out there. The shorts will continue to try to post non-sequiturs and inflammatory statements. The stock will go up or it will go down.
But once the advertising campaign kicks off, I expect millions of people to try Zicam and hundreds or thousands of media outlets to run stories on the "new cure for the common cold!!" like a few did last cold season. (Hey, they think it gets ratings, don't blame us or the company.) My wife has used Zicam twice, and I've been fortunate enough to only have to use it once. We haven't had any of the 1-1/2 day colds yet, but in each case we were mostly symptom-free by the end of the third day (i.e., the "reinfection" cycle was, in fact, halted). Others on this thread have posted their own experiences with Zicam and had positive results as well. Bottom line: Intellectually honest people who try Zicam and use it properly will enjoy the same results. Word of mouth will spread like a bad cold. At that point, there will be nothing the shorts can do. I don't know when this will be, but it's coming.
Funny, you'd think just one of those guys would've tried Zicam just out of curiosity. Willfully failing to do so, IMO, betrays their true agenda. -Eric |
