ISP stands for Internet Service Provider. It would give you email, and access to all of the internet, motley fool, SI, and 60,000,000 more sites. What you want is a company with local phone call access that can provide you with a modem connection to the internet at 28,800 BPS. Your cost is anywhere from $10/month to $27.00 month. The important things to look for are: Local call to access the system, dependability, service staff you can talk to if you need help. check with your local computer store for ISP's in the area.
